AXEL CONCRETE SEAL 905 is a single component polyvinyl alcohol (P.V.A.) based concrete curing compound. It is designed to form an impermeable skin of resin over the fresh concrete surface. This will maintain the design strength of the good quality concrete by protecting undesirable effects associated with too rapid evaporation of surface moisture hence led to a proper hydration of the cement.
