The client’s third hyperscale data centre in Malaysia branded MY03, located in Bukit Jalil. With phase 1 set for service in 2022, and phase 2 to be completed shortly thereafter, both buildings will operate at a combined IT load capacity of 16 megawatts (MW). The facility covers a gross floor area of 440,000 sq. ft.

AXEL investigated the existing TPO membrane and insulation board system on the RC flat roof that was having challenges and provided an alternative working solution. The system was replaced with a spray-applied polyurea coating and lightweight heat insulation screed.
