The PERKESO rehabilitation centre is located in Alor Gajah, Melaka and built over a 53-acre land in Rancangan Kawasan Khas Hang Tuah Jaya. The project was proposed as the first rehabilitation medical hub for PERKESO, complying with international standards integrating both medical and vocational rehabilitation treatment.

The newly constructed TNB sub-station roof slab suffered severe plastic shrinkage cracks and was due for demolition and a rebuild. AXEL provided a low viscous, high-strength epoxy grout to treat and restore the defective RC roof slab. AXEL waterproofing systems were used for all common wet areas and exposed roof slabs.
