One of Axel Chemie’s most prominent projects is the multi-award winning township of Desa Parkcity. The high end township includes different types of projects ranging from high and low rise residential buildings to commercial, educational and health institutions. Each development is subjected to high construction standards like QLASSIC and CONQUAS requirements.

AXEL’s involvement began with the consulting and rectification of existing waterproofing and leakages for its initial developments. This later transformed into a wide-scale partnership with all relevant parties involved at the design stages in providing a comprehensive waterproofing system for all its building elements, while providing value engineering alternatives to its existing designs. AXEL provided key building solutions for waterproofing, heat and sound insulation systems, supplying formwork release agents, heavy duty coating systems and others.
